Welcome, Indie Makers Syndicate friends!

If you’re here it’s because you are interested in Video Game Fables, and who could blame you. If you want more information on the convention itself, go here: https://indiemakersyndicate.com/

So if you’re really interested in this game, here are your missions:

Here’s some cool extra stuff for you cool people from Indie Maker Syndicate!

Play the demo!

Play live and chat with me

The fine folks at IMS have set up each developer with our own Discord channel for our games. I’ll be in there most of the day for the whole weekend of the event, and I’ll even let you come play the demo live through Parsec where I can answer any questions and walk you through it.

If I’m not in there at the moment just post in the channel and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

Super secret VR Chat world

I made a world in VR Chat! You can get avatars for Aru, Nate, and Tator there, and you can just hang out there and see what the main hub of the game, Castleton, looks from their point of view.

Unfortunately there isn’t a way to really link to a VR Chat world, and I didn’t want to have a huge portal blocking my whole booth, so you’ll just have to search for “Video Game Fables” in the VR Chat world search. Hopefully you’ll be able to find it and get those cool avatars!

Here’s a little video I made when I was testing it out so you can see what it’s like:

FREE game development / coding course for beginners

I also made a game development course geared toward people who have never made games or coded before. I’m going to give it away for free just for this weekend!!

All I am asking in return is that you give me a boost by sharing my game trailers and sharing the course if you like it.

This is the coupon link:

And here’s a playlist with a free preview of the first several lessons.

Other stuff

Anyway, I really appreciate you stopping by and showing interest. I’ve been working on this game on and off for almost 5 years, and this is my first time really publicly showing it. I’ve invested my heart and soul into this and I hope you can enjoy it.

I should note that it’s just me developing this, and it’s hard to get the word out there about this game. If you want to help the best thing you can do is share my Tweets, trailers, game development course, and whatever else with your friends, family, acquaintances, coworkers, pets, etc. I would immensely appreciate that help.

Thanks again. I can’t wait to share this game with you!
